Today, we move to the north to celebrate International Polar Bear Day, which is an ideal opportunity to better understand the world's largest bear species and the threats they face. Polar bears are native to the Arctic and reside in Alaska, Russia, Greenland, Svalbard, and Canada, just like the puppy in the photo taken in Churchill, Manitoba.
