Namibia is a fascinating country in southwestern Africa known for its breathtaking landscapes. The Namib Desert, one of the oldest deserts in the world, stretches along the Atlantic coast and ends directly in the ocean. This unique geography creates impressive contrasts between the endless dunes and the deep blue sea. In the Namib is also the famous Sossusvlei salt pan, surrounded by huge red dunes. The country is rich in wildlife, including desert elephants, oryx antelopes and jackals, which have adapted to the extreme conditions.
