Today, we celebrate International Tiger Day, established in 2010, with the aim of protecting these majestic feline species from threats such as poaching and habitat loss caused by deforestation. At the end of the 19th century, it was believed that there were approximately 100000 tigers in freedom; Unfortunately, there are currently less than 6000 people.
