(Aloha, the whispers of heaven!)

When other parts of the world protest for labor rights, the situation in Hawaii is different on International Labor Day. With the arrival of the first day of May, Hawaii celebrated Thunder Day, a festival that wastes music and perfume. Leis is a wreath made of flowers, leaves, and even shells, which has significant cultural significance for the indigenous people on the island. They were brought by Polynesians through the Pacific islands before arriving in Hawaii between 1000 and 1200 AD. They represent love, respect, and the spirit of Aloha, and are described as "the inner thoughts and spiritual harmony of each person.".
