(Walking in nature!)

Today we are going to the forest to celebrate International Forest Day. Eleven years ago today, the United Nations was established on this day, drawing attention to the necessity of protecting and appreciating these basic ecosystems. Forests around the world cover more than 30% of the Earth's surface, containing an incredible variety of trees; It is believed that there are over 60000 species in total. Forests play a crucial role in providing basic resources such as food, water, and medicine. This displays the indestructible national forest of Bwindi, Uganda, with 160 species of trees and 100 species of ferns, accounting for 50% of the world's mountain gorilla population. Bamboo forests grow between the trees, making it difficult to walk in, hence the name.
