With photos from that day, we visited the charming Christmas market in Sibiu, Romania, which takes place from late November to early January at the Central Square. The bright lights fill the cobblestone streets with festive warmth. In the center, a majestic and bright Christmas tree is surrounded by wooden houses that offer handmade decorations and local cuisine: Cozonac, Romanian sweet bread; Vin Fiert, a spicy wine; And there's also covrigi, freshly baked savory pretzels.
