Are you ready for a unique journey? In today's photo, we can see the Palmyra Atoll National Nature Reserve, which is a true oasis of biodiversity in the Pacific center between Hawaii and American Samoa, USA. This nature reserve was established in 2001, similar to our own wetland and bird sanctuary, but located in a marine environment. Here, an impressive coral reef system is combined with three shallow lagoons and dozens of islands filled with exotic plants.
