Today's picture shows the picturesque confluence of Easter Creek and Killik Rivers in Gates-of-the-Arctic National Park in Alaska, USA. The 1980-founded National Park is one of Alaska's most impressive natural treasures. Located northwest of the Arctic Circle in the majestic Brooks Range, the park stands out for its wild beauty, diversity of habitats and unique seclusion.
