Jersey Island is located off the coast of Normandy, France and is a British island named after Nordic countries. On the southeast coast of the island is the Port of Laroc, with a white beach and an elevated walkway leading to the water. Originating over 420 million years ago, coastal granite and plutonic rocks exhibit various colors and textures. From the port, you can see the circular and plump Ijota and the tallest Seymour Tower, built in the 18th and 19th centuries respectively, as coastal defense structures. Both buildings are located about 3 kilometers from the coast and can be reached by walking, but only on the lowest tidal day of the year. So, if you're traveling to this spectacular island, don't forget to bring a pair of great elastic shoes and enjoy the biodiversity it provides.
